Fold is a modular wine rack design to be quickly reproducable with no leftover material.
CONTEXT
Fold is an answer for assignment from product design course at Design Academy Eindhove,n, where students have been asked to design a product that can be reproduced in less then 4 hours using school’s metal workshop.
APPROACH
Fold approaches this requirements in a simple way- using the proprieties of sheet metal, cutting and folding it in order to quickly create a 3d form with no leftover material. The capacity of the wine rack can be extended by adding more modules.
